Step after optimization

Hi Altair Community,

I using inspire 2021,

I want to know how to make the product smooth after the optimization, because i cant find best video that do smoothing after the optimization.

step that I use,

structure -> optimization (topology) -> on the right side box have for smoothing and I click the autofit to polynurbs -> wrap/fit

I stuck at the wrap/fit because the product cant be edit or click and suddenly the software crash. it always happen when I go this steps.

the problem:

1. ways/how to do smoothing after optimization

2. the software crash when I click on the wrap after optimization (autofit to polynurbs)

i don't know what is going on with your model, but usually what I do:

- use PolyMesh >> Wrap >> to generate a smooth combined outer surface for all my parts

- after PolyMesh, use the PolyNURBS >> Fit >> to create a smooth geometry from the wrapped surface from the previous step.

Optionally, later you could use some Boolean operations in order to intersect you original Non-Design space with the resulting PolyNURBS.

so i already have my part but i cant do the analysis for the part as we can see there are a lot of cages on the part. so, what you i do? the part that i need to put forces is the circle. inside the circle and the support at the bottom and the 45 degree for the circle on top.

but in boolean i cant get the nice and actual dimension
