How can I set a view camera to move with a node or component

How can I set a view camera to move with a node or component? Similar to Abaqus. Sometimes there is a need for analyze or illustrate relative movements in response analysis and /or transient explicit analyses, thus component global movement often is needed to be "filtered" off.
