I see the following error:

Error 33186: Re-allocation not possible, cannot open temporary file.

What does it mean and what should I do to fix it?

This error can occur in the following cases:

1. When the user does not have sufficient rights to the temporary folder specified under the environment variable FEKO_TMPDIR.
2. When said folder does not exist.
3. When the hard disk space is insufficient.
