What is this error window all about?

It seems that your CAD is not water tight. I would suggest importing it in HyperMesh or Inspire and checking the model.
AcuConsole requires the volumes to be meshed (whether fluid or solid) need to be represented in the CAD as solid bodies. If your CAD is only surfaces, then you need to turn on (check) the option for 'Fill Volumes' in the initial CAD import window. With that enabled, any volume completely closed by surfaces that doesn't have a 'solid' will then be created as a 'solid' body to be meshed.
