I was able to build the model, but there is no output or error message when I try to run optistruct. I'm using v14.0 student edition on win10 64bit system. Any idea why?

Tried running both hw.exe and optistruct.exe in win8 mode as admin, didn't work. Is there any other file that I should change?
Use win 8 platform.
