Moment application

Hi guys!

I'm Gianni and I am a new user in this forum.

I'm working in a FEM analisys of a mini bike's chassis usong OptiStruct; I've to applicate a moment compared to the center of gravity (how you can see in the attachments).

The white points are the nodes in which i'm appliyng the constraints, but the center of gravity is referred to the complete system (total assembled bike and pilot above).

The moment I'm interesting to applicate is generated by Ff force.

I don't know how to applicate it; I tried but the results I've obtained gaven't me any displacements and Voin Mises' stresses.

Could you help me?

    Hi,

     

    Did you connect the pilot to the frame and connected the same to the CG point and applied the moment over there?

     

    Is it possible to share the solver file using the dropbox link to understand the model setup?

    Reason for no displacement and stress could be because of inappropriate boundary conditions.If possible share relevant files to crosscheck?
