Match meshes of faces that are in contact

Hi all,

I am working on a project where I need to model a radiator that I will simulate in Ansys Fluent. I am using Hypermesh to mesh the whole thing but I'm facing some problems.

Here is what I did until now and what I would like to do. I drew three simple solid blocks (identified in white in the layout picture attached): inlet block, radiator block and outlet block. I imported this geometry into Hypermesh and deleted the solids so I can have the surfaces. In geometry > edge edit I checked that all edges appear in green and they do, which is understandable as they are independent blocks. This is when I noticed my problem, as they are independent blocks, there is no contact between let's say the inlet block and the radiator block. So, planes 1 and 2 (marked in red and purple) include two faces, one from the inlet/outlet side and another from the radiator side.

I tried different things, I meshed both sides using the same settings but the mesh is not coincident on both faces (see picture Plane1 attached). I also tried to delete one of the faces before meshing so that the division between blocks is only done by one face, the problem then is that when checking the edges, some of them appear in red and I have not managed to connect them both to the inlet/outlet region and to the radiator region.

I do not know how to solve this situation, and the problem becomes even bigger when I try to do the 3D CFD tetramesh for the 3 fluid domains, as again the nodes do not match on each block.

I hope I made myself clear and someone can help me.

Thank you in advance,
