Constant dynamic range (=20 dB) problem in the antenna gain pattern

I have been using the FEKO Student Edition 2018 with WinProp. I have made some preliminary power distribution analysis studies with different antenna patterns and I have seen that the software
automatically fills the low sidelobes and nulls in the imported antenna pattern while running the ray tracing solver. What I concluded is that everything that is 20 dB (or more) below the peak gain is set
to peak gain-20 dB by the solver in ProMan. I could not find any information on this (whether it is done intentionally, if it is possible to increase this dynamic range to more than just 20 dB etc.). Could
you please inform me about this issue? Thank you in advance.

This setting can be adjusted under Settings / Global Settings --> Computation tab.

It's a feature that can be useful in applications where a theoretical pattern has a deep null and you know that in reality, due to the antenna mounting, the null is likely to be filled in to some extent.

    Thanks for the info!
