How to get the geometry of the topography optimization results?

After topography optimization, how can we get the optimized geometry by using hypermesh? How to use OSSmooth panel?

Thank you for the document. What's the meaning of 'threshold' an 'layers' parameter in OSSmooth panel under below? How to understand it and how to set the right values for them?
