At the optistruct I do the rigid body and elastic material's contact.

And my rigid body just modify the young's modulus from 210 GPa to 210*10^15 Pa.

But why I set contact between rigid and elastic material the elastic material will penetrate the rigid body?

    HI,

Which one is the rigid body among them?

Can you interchange the master and slave and try again?

@Prakash Pagadala  thanks to your apply.

the green part is elastic material and the red is rigid body.

But here I set the master for the rigid body's surface, at before I have seen the manual told that more stiffness body need to set master.

I will change later. But do you have other suggestion because it will run about an hour for 1 step.

    Hi,

Try with PCONT and provide AUTO contact stffness on PCONT. Check if this helps...

@Prakash Pagadala thanks to your apply.

I have already set the PCONT of this analysis. Now my optistruct is analyzing the situation of changing master and slave surface.
