Optimization Problem Related to Thermo-mechanical Couple Analysis

Hello Friends,

 

As I am doing Thermo-Mechanical Analysis, I got Optimization Problem related to my Thermo-Mechanical Model. I took two example model, with same geometry and all same input in accordance to Optimization too. One case only structure analysis means Mechanical load step, in which with the same Optimization inputs I got aroud 14 Iteration in my Optimization.

 

While in another Model, just Implimented Thermo-Mechanical analsis, with the same inputs I got feasible Result satisfied. ans Zero Optimizatio Iteration.

I have used Mechanical Contact Interface in my Thermo-mechanical analsis, if just removed that Mechanical Contact then I got 3 Iteration for my Optimization, But I think I got wrong result. My Objective function which I want to minimize goes up. 

 

I don't understand what is the Problem.

    Hi Nayak,

     

    Can you try with Freeze contacts and check if you see any good results.
