Hi, I am doing B pillar analysis using composite material. How to do size and shuffling optimization?
After the analysis I am getting around 203 plies which are not feasible. Could you help me?

What do you mean by feasible design?
You can provide a manufacturable thickness (TAMNUF on PLY card) and change responses if needed and you can run the analysis after freesize optimization.
