Can any one help me, how to apply moment on shaft,
nodes must be selected at the centre of shaft or at circumference of shaft,
magnitude must be in Nm or it must be force in N.

Torque can be applied by selecting the concentrated load from the BCs Manager and selecting the direction plane (XX, YY or ZZ).
You can try with rigid bodies to connect the nodes of the shaft to a master node and apply the moment on the master node to represent torque.
