batchmesh error (137) ..The hypemesh process crashed

I started using batch mesh 14.0 recently..it working fine for a week. later its started showing this error in batchmesher run status. 

'error (137) :The hypemesh process crashed'

 

Its not the problem with crieteria param and the geometry file I have given.

because same files worked fine in other system.

 

How to reset batchmesher to its starting condition.i mean what are the files that are associated with batchmesh that I need to delete so that it runs well again on my system.

I reinstalled full hm 14.0 but problem still exits.

I reinstalled but still I think some files may be left in start in folder.

 

Kindly let me know how to resole this.
