Ply Surface - Carbon Fiber Monocoque Design

Hi,

I'm designing a carbon fiber monocoque and I don't know in which way I can unfold the surface of plies for maufacturing purpouse. I try with the drape estimator tool, but I didn't find any tutorial to understand how it works. The monocoque is modeled using PCOMPP. 

Besides I want to know if it is possible to get and unfold also the 3D CAD of the plies (so taking into consideration the thickness of each ply).

You can refer attached tutorial for Drape Estimator.

You can import CATIA and FiberSim data for composite modelling. (Needs license to read CATIA files)

You can also pull PCOMP information from a CSV file using Aerospace user profile.
