Hi Ganesh 

Can u deactivate the contacts and then run again and check whether your are getting error. If you are not getting any error after deactivating contacts, check for any null contact surface.

Are you using second order elements?

 

If yes, can you switch to 1st order and check if that is working?

 

What is the contact type you are using?
