    Hi @ian

OSSmooth is a semi-automated design interpretation software, facilitating the recovery of a modified geometry resulting from a structural optimization, for further use in the design process and FEA reanalysis, export optimized geometry, etc...

Reanalysis means, analyzing the optimized model with same loads and boundary conditions of parent model.

    hello thanks for the reply

does the displacement result of OSSmooth change compare to before OSSmooth?

I think it will change because the design/material layout changes which affect the stiffness.
