I am trying to solve an analysis but my model is very large.
To save on the number of nodes I want to split my model in 2 (since it is symmetrical) but I cannot find the right topic in order to find out what I should do (what to assign) to the nodes and elements in the symmetrical plane.
I have found RBE2 and 3 options but I am not sure.
It will be the front section of a ship, which I want to split in the middle to perform optimization topology onto.
Does anyone know a topic to lookup for the right steps?
