Hello, 

 

I'm using Optistruct for a topology optimization  with objectif 'Minimize mass' and i have  questions concerning using of Draw constraint:

 

1- Is it possible that i divid my part in two components ( property) and assume draw for each direction  ( +X, -X ) with option 'SINGLE' ?  ( It even have a sense or not ? ) 

 

2- Or  it's better to make one component ( one property) and assume Draw ( X) with option 'SPLIT' ? 

 

3- does Using 'SPLIT' or 'SINGLE' have any  effect in  the toplogy results ( Area to optemize , repect of constraint submitted) ?
