How to apply step load (such as 200, 400, 600,...,1800) in OptiStruct

If we want to increase force as a step load method (step load method is when force done to an object is increased in to steps such as 200, 400, 600, and etc) in optistruct to analyze fatigue, what do we have to do? Show in figure

I guess you want to apply fatigue load sequentially. Please refer attached document for same.
