How to reduce inspire file size

Hi guys, recently i had trouble managing my inspire file size, i had performed many runs and it went to about 5GB,  it slowed down the system when i tried to open it, or even save, deleting the history only reduced the file to about 3.38GB, i left only one run history under topology optimization. Do guys have any other suggestions to reduce file size?

Thank you

One thing that can help is to import rather than open the .stmod file. If you have been working and iterating on the one model for a long time the construction history can become huge. Importing does not bring in the history - just the model - so can reduce the model size significantly. Hope that works!
