Error 3012

Hi I am doing a thermo structural analysis using optistruct. I have given temperature loads(TEMP) with structural forces. I am getting an error which shows like #ERROR 3012# 'Internal Programming error' in optistruct when I combine thermal loads with structural loads.. can anyone guide me to how to solve this issue???
