Number of cycle Input for Fatigue in Optistruct.

I want to do fatigue analysis on a component and check behaviour for 100000 cycle. I have already defined a sinusoidal cycle in TABFAT card but where do I input the number of cycle for fatigue analysis I don't see any where in Load collector.
