Error in fluent while importing from hypermesh.

Dear all,

                When I am importing my 3d mesh to fluent it is creating broken interfaces and unwanted walls . Please help . I am attaching my error pic below.

    I started optistruct simulation..

    after one step the component element distracted how to solve this error
