licensing issue with OptiStruct in the Student Edition

I am experiencing a licensing issue with OptiStruct in the Student Edition.

I am using:

Altair HyperWorks 2022.3 Student Edition
OptiStruct 2025
Windows 10

This configuration had been working correctly before, including HyperWorks 2022.3 with the external OptiStruct 2025 solver.

My Student Edition license was recently renewed. A new Student Edition activation key/license was generated in Altair One, and I activated it using Altair License Utility. The new license initially worked correctly and I was able to run OptiStruct analyses after the renewal.

However, OptiStruct suddenly stopped working. Models that had previously run successfully now fail during the license check, so the issue does not appear to be related to a specific FE model.

Initially, OptiStruct detected my local Student Edition .lic file, but reported:

Feature not found

for OptiStruct / OptiStructFEA.

The license file itself is detected correctly by the solver.

I also tested the solution suggested for Student Edition licensing by setting:

ALM_HHWU=T

and running OptiStruct again.

With ALM_HHWU=T, OptiStruct switches to Altair Managed Licensing, but the solver still cannot obtain a license. The output contains:

Altair Managed Licensing: License error

Feature: OptiStructFEA
Error Code: -29
Requested CT/TTF license not found for given customer ID

and:

Feature: OptiStruct
Error Code: -29
Requested CT/TTF license not found for given customer ID

followed by:

No Available License

Altair License Utility also reports that I am authorized to use Managed Licensing.

Since the same installation and solver configuration worked correctly before, including after the recent Student Edition license renewal, and previously working models now fail at the license-check stage, I suspect that there may be an issue with the Student Edition entitlement/customer ID associated with my Altair One account.

Could you please check whether my current Student Edition entitlement is correctly assigned to my account/customer ID and whether it currently includes access to Simcenter OptiStruct?

Could this issue also be related to the currently reported technical problems affecting Student Edition services in Altair One?
