Product: Simcenter/Altair Inspire 2026.1 (build 2026.1.0.28), Windows 11 x64. Licensing: Altair One managed licensing, license ID 180271 (AU Enterprise Suite, 100 AU, expires 11 Nov 2026). Altair License Utility 2026.1 shows "You are authorized to use Managed Licensing".
What works: HyperMesh 2026.1 and OptiStruct 2026.1 license correctly. Inspire 2026.1 opens and licenses correctly in the Structure profile.
What fails: switching Inspire to the PolyFoam profile immediately raises the License Setup dialog with "Invalid license". The License Log shows:

After that, Inspire restarts into PolyFoam and fails at launch until the active profile is reset to Structure in %USERPROFILE%\.altair\Inspire2026.1\hwx\settings.xml.
The license feature list in the Altair One admin portal includes HWInspirePolyFoam, HWInspirePolyFoamGUI, HWInspirePolyFoamSolver, HWInspireMold, etc. No groups, feature restrictions, IP restrictions or named-user limits are configured. Proxy off, no VPN, same result across multiple activation attempts (7 authorization tokens created today); the local cache AppData\Local\.altair_licensing\<host>\licenses stays empty.
Please check why the Inspire 2026.1 manufacturing-profile features are not being contributed to license 180271. This looks related to threads 66917 (Inspire 2026.1 Motion "Feature not found") and 66889.
