Dear Altair Support Team,
I am a university student experiencing a license activation problem with PSIM 26.1.
When I open PSIM, I receive the following errors:
- Error Code: 9 – Feature not found
- Missing features: PSIMPowerSupplyFeature and PSIMPowerSupply
My Altair license was generated on August 22, 2026. The license file contains HyperViewTrans, but I could not find any PSIM-related features.
When I try to activate the license again using Altair License Utility, I receive the following message:
"Error activating license: License already exists in license store."
I have already checked the license file, but PSIM still cannot start.
Could you please help me:
- Verify whether my license includes PSIM 26.1 Student Edition.
- Check whether the required PSIM features are missing.
- Reissue or update my license if necessary.
- Provide instructions to resolve this issue.
