I am a university student trying to access my Altair Student Edition license and download the required software.
However, whenever I click “Log in” or “Sign in” on Altair One, I receive an Error 500 (Internal Server Error). I have reproduced the issue in both Opera and Google Chrome, so it does not appear to be browser-specific.
Could you please confirm whether this is a known service outage and advise me on how to access my student license and download the software while the issue is being resolved?
