Hello Altair Support Team,
I am a student and I have successfully generated my Student Edition license key and downloaded the HyperWorks Products Installer (hw2026_win64.exe).
However, I am facing a critical issue while trying to install Simcenter Feko:
- In the Altair One Marketplace (Simcenter Feko -> Software Downloads), I can only find the Update Package (FEKO_2026.1.2_WIN64_X86_64.zip), but NOT the standalone sub-installer executable file (e.g.,
hwFeko2026_win64.exe or hwFeko2026_edu_win64.exe). - When I run the Master Installer (hw2026_win64.exe), it shows an error: "No product packages were detected". It skips the "Choose Install Set" step entirely because it cannot find a valid Feko sub-installer in the same directory.
- I have already tried placing the Master Installer and the extracted ZIP update package in the same folder, but it still doesn't work.
Could you please help check my account and provide the correct download link for the standalone Feko Student Edition installer (.exe)? Or please let me know if there is a workaround to make the Master Installer recognize the Feko package.
