Login in Password reset
I have set up this new Altair One account in order to contact the Altair Admin team only.
I have a existing Altair One account under email j.mortimer@mdx.ac.uk through which i access the Marketplace however I cannot log in (unknown reason, possibly password error) and require a password reset email to be sent to me.
I am an Academic, and access the Student/Educators Licence for Thea Render.
Can you advise please.
