“My account is verified with my university email (voufoawo@ualberta.ca). I generated my Student Edition license key, but S-Frame & Steel shows only Info and Try and Buy with no Download option. I signed out and back in several times. Please enable Student Edition downloads for my account.”

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

1. Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
