Hello, I have successfully generated my Altair Student Edition license key in Altair One. However, I cannot download any software. When I open Simcenter Feko in the Marketplace, only the "Info" and "Try and Buy" tabs are shown. The "Software Downloads" tab does not appear, and "Try and Buy" only offers a Contact Sales form. What I have already tried: * Logged out and logged back in after generating the license key * Selected "Student Edition Bundle" in the Suites filter of the Marketplace Could you please check whether my account is correctly set up for the Student Edition and enable the download of the Feko Student Edition installer? Thank you for your help.

Student Edition license activated, but no Software Downloads tab for Simcenter Feko

Hello,

I have successfully generated my Altair Student Edition license key in Altair One.
However, I cannot download any software.

When I open Simcenter Feko in the Marketplace, only the "Info" and "Try and Buy"
tabs are shown. The "Software Downloads" tab does not appear, and "Try and Buy"
only offers a Contact Sales form.

What I have already tried:

Logged out and logged back in after generating the license key
Selected "Student Edition Bundle" in the Suites filter of the Marketplace

Could you please check whether my account is correctly set up for the
Student Edition and enable the download of the Feko Student Edition installer?

Thank you for the workaround.

I followed the steps and downloaded Feko 2026.1 from Altair Connect
(Simulation Products > See Products > 2026.1 > Feko, hwFeko2026.1_win64.exe)
and installed it. However, CADFEKO does not start with my Student Edition license. It shows the following error:

Altair License Manager: License error
Feature(s): GlobalZoneAP, HyperWorks, HWFEKOGUI
Error Code: 9
Error Description: Feature not found

The install log says "Non-Edu installer", and feko\bin\LicenseType.dat
contains "HWU", so it seems this is the commercial build that requires
Altair Units, not the Student Edition.

Could you please tell me:

Is there a separate Student Edition (edu) installer for Feko 2026.1
(e.g. hwFeko2026.1_edu_win64.exe)? If so, where can I download it while
the Altair One download issue is ongoing?
Or is there a way to use my Student Edition license with the installer
from Altair Connect?
