Dear Altair Support Team,
I am a university student and have successfully obtained an Altair Student Edition license, valid from October 15, 2026, to October 15, 2027.
However, I am unable to download Simcenter PSIM 2026.1 despite having a valid license.
Here are the steps I have already tried:
- Logged out and logged back into Altair One.
- Selected the Student Edition Bundle filter in Altair Marketplace.
- Opened the Simcenter PSIM product page, but only the "Info" and "Try and Buy" tabs are available. The "Software Downloads" tab is missing.
- Checked Altair Connect for available installers, but Simcenter PSIM is not listed.
- Attempted to access Siemens Support Center, but registration requires a Site ID, which I do not have as a student.
I understand that other students have reported similar download issues.
Could you please:
- Provide an official direct download link for the Simcenter PSIM 2026.1 Student Edition installer?
- Check whether my account has the correct software download permissions?
- Let me know when this issue is expected to be resolved?
I would appreciate your assistance, as I need PSIM for my university coursework.
