PSIM Student Edition Download Tab Missing

Hello, my student license key is activated, but the "Software Downloads" tab does not appear in Altair One Marketplace even after logging out and back in. Could you please provide the direct download link for Simcenter PSIM installer (.exe)? Thank you.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

* Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
