Issue downloading Rapidminer SLC with Student License

Hi support team,

I am a student at Aix-Marseille University and I have successfully generated my Student Edition License Key.
However, the "Software Downloads" tab is not appearing for Rapidminer Analytics Workbench / SLC in my Altair One Marketplace account (only "Info" and "Try and Buy" are visible).

Could you please grant access to the download section for my account or provide a direct download link for the Windows installer?

This issue is now fixed, please try to generate a student edition license key if needed, download the products from the marketplace and activate the products as well and let us know if it works for you now.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -

Thank you for your reply and explanations.

I tried the workaround via Altair Connect as suggested. However, once logged into Altair Connect, my account only gives me access to the HyperWorks / Simulation suite (CFD Solvers, Inspire, etc.) and does not display the Data Analytics suite (RapidMiner Analytics Workbench / SLC).

Since this technical issue is directly impacting my coursework and academic deadlines at Aix-Marseille University, could you please either:

Manually grant my account access to the Data Analytics downloads section, or
Provide a direct download link for the full Windows installer of Altair Analytics Workbench 2026 (.msi)?
