Hello Altair Support Team,
I have successfully generated my Altair Student Edition license key. However, I am unable to download Altair HyperMesh from the Altair One Marketplace.
When I open the HyperMesh product page, I can see only the “Info” and “Try and Buy” tabs. The “Software Downloads” tab is missing.
I have already tried logging out and logging back in, selecting the Student Edition Bundle filter, and reopening the product page, but the issue persists.
My Altair One account shows an Altair Student Edition license with one activation remaining.
Could you please help me access the official HyperMesh Student Edition installer or verify whether my account has the required download permissions?
