Student License

Question

Hello,

i wanted to download Simcenter Fluxmotor with my Student license i followed the "Siemens Student Software through Altair One" got a license but in the marketplace i cant download the software i can only contact sales.

Does anybody know a fix?

Hello,

This issue is now fixed, please try to generate a student edition license key, download the products from the marketplace and activate the products as well and let us know if it works for you now.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable
