Hello.
I created this account, because i am unable to reset my password for the account made on my students email. I tried to use this link in the login in menu(https://altairone.com/login/help) but everytime i fill out everything corectrly i get an error 404, i tried to use contact us link, but it doesnt work (i extracted the email from the hyperlink, but its discontinued and it pointed to the simens service, I signed in and it reserves 5 days to verify my identity, before i can submit a ticket), i tried to use opera, chrome and firefox (also on vm). I've followed all tips and still cant do anything).
