Unable to Download RapidMiner AI Studio – Software Downloads Tab Missing

Hello Altair Support Team,

I am a student at Seneca Polytechnic and have successfully registered for Altair One and received my Student Edition license activation key.

I am trying to download RapidMiner AI Studio (version 2026.1.1) on my MacBook for a university assignment.

However, the "Software Downloads" tab is missing from the product page. I can only see "Info" and "Try and Buy," which directs me to Contact Sales.

I have already tried logging out and signing back in, switching browsers, and checking My Apps, but the issue persists.

Could you please help enable download access for my Student Edition account or provide an official macOS installation link?

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

1. Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
