How to download tutorial models for HyperMesh 2022.3

Question

I want to download the tutorial model files for HyperMesh 2022.3, but both methods listed on the tutorial page failed.

・I registered on the Siemens site (accessed via the "Documentation" button on the Altair One Community), but I don't know how to download the specific files I need after that.

・I was blocked from accessing the Marketplace page.

You can download HyperMesh 2022.3 tutorials from the Altair Marketplace, however currently there is a known site wide maintenance issue that is affecting access for our customers.

Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service as quickly as possible.

At this time, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.
