Is there a new way to obtain student licenses

Question

the altairone.com website is not working. It comes up with an error message saying I am blocked. It is not only me or one computer. Other students in the class I am supporting are seeing the same thing. I have put the screengrab below. This all worked fine last year when I helped setup the class for the previous cohort. So I am wondering did the process or links change? I cannot find anything about it.

If your university is a paying customer of Siemens, Faculty at your university can use the siemens support center for downloads as per -
