Altair Hypermesh License Error

Hi I am part of a student Initiative. We get our Licenses from Siemens and can manage them over the altair one admin site.

Some member are getting Error 15 and -29 when opening the program. Download work fine and the Altair License Utility says we are authorized to use Managed Licensing.

I tried to configure the ALTAIR_LICENSE_PATH but I am not sure what server Id to use. I don´t know where to get it.

Hi @Philip_Boesenberg,

If you see the following when you open Altair License Utility, then you are all set to use the managed license. You should install the application and start using.

Note: For Managed Licenses, only machine authorization is required. You do not need to set the ALTAIR_LICENSE_PATH environment variable.
