My Altair Inspire Student Edition license has expired. I am still a student, but Altair One/Market

My Altair Inspire Student Edition license has expired. I am still a student, but Altair One/Marketplace is currently not working for me, so I cannot access the Student Edition License card or renew the license. Could you please verify/re-enable my account so I can generate a new Student Edition license key?
