Request for Student License HostID Reset (Already activated using different HostIDs error)

Hello Altair Support,
My Altair Student Edition license was previously activated on this laptop. My laptop had to be reset/reformatted, and after reinstalling Altair I now receive the error:

“This license was already activated using different HostIDs.”

I no longer have access to the previous installation to deactivate the old HostID. Could you please deactivate/reset my previous license activation so I can reactivate it on my current installation?

I had also tried to deactivate my license key, however it said the license was not found.
