I'm trying to use Altair inspire and did the step by step instructions but when i hit activate, a i get the SOAP 1.1 fault "Host not Found" notification.
@mikep2353 The error means the DNS lookup failed on the proxy server you specified. This happens when the proxy address is incorrect, the server cannot be reached from your network, or there’s a DNS configuration issue. Since this relates to your network or computer, your university IT team will be best placed to help resolve it.
