I followed the Student Edition activation procedure, including setting ALM_HHWU=F, but PSIM still shows no Active Features and cannot create a New Schematic.
At this point, I would like to completely reset my Student Edition account/license and start again with a newly generated Student Edition license key.
Could you please:
- Deactivate my current Student Edition license key, and
- Delete/reset my current Altair One Student Edition account/license entitlement,
so that I can re-register with my university email address and generate a fresh Student Edition license key?
I would like to rule out a corrupted or incorrectly assigned Student Edition entitlement/license key and want to start from scratch.
