I want to perform analysis of Split Hopkinsons pressure bar(SHPB) for my thesis but dont have any idea about which load-step to use. If anyone could help me on this topic that would be highly obliged.

Download the and check Example 8. The model file for the same is attached along. Please go through the same so that you will get a fair idea on the model setup for this analysis.
