How do I change the Account Owner to another user?

I am currently listed as the Account Owner for our Altair account, and I need to transfer ownership to another user.

I would like to:

Remove myself as the current Account Owner.
Assign another existing user as the new Account Owner.
Remove my access after the ownership transfer is complete.

Could you please provide the steps required to transfer the Account Owner role, or let me know if this change must be completed by Altair Support?
