MINDIM calculation in optimization model

Hello,

I am conducting an optimization run with Optistruct. The MINDIM size parameter of DTPL is calculated, according to the Guide, from the average mesh size and must not be less than 2-3 times the average mesh size. Regarding this, the average mesh size is calculated from all model or just from the components included in the DTPL card?

Trying to reduce the MINDIM value I have changed the mesh size of the component to be optimized (also changing from 1st order TETRA to HEXA), but the MINDIM values has not changed.
