Altair Student Bundle License Missing Software

Question

Hi

I have been trying to use EDEM with a student edition license. The license activates properly, but only includes HyperViewTrans, HyperWorksEDU, and romAI. When I try to load EDEM it gives the error message:

ERROR   : License Error : Altair License Manager: License error

Feature(s): GlobalZoneAM, HyperWorks, HWEDEMGUI

Error Code: 9

Error Description:

Feature not found

Feature: EDEMGUI

Error Code: 9

Error Description:

[LOCAL] [license path] - (Err: 9) Feature not found

It seems like EDEM is not included in the license that I have activated. Any advice on resolving this issue would be appreciated.

HyperWorksEDU is the feature that activates all products in the student edition including EDEM, please reactivate with your license key and make sure you have admin permissions to the license store location to install and run the application as administrator
